winter skin lotion

Tried out a new combination: in EVOO, calendula, comfrey, oatstraw, and sagebrush (artimesia trilobota) heated in hot water bath. after straining herbs, added coconut oil, beeswax, heating until beeswax melted.  added lecithin, and aloe vera gel and mixed using an electric mixer to emulsify.  Used a little too much beeswax and its a bit too thick for the container I’ve put it in.  Otherwise, its luscious!  The Sagebrush, local to my area, is a replacement for the antibacterial function of lavender and ads just the right scent.
