lesson learned

I’ve been drying fruits and veggies for a few years and storing in sealed plastic bags with no trouble.  Not this year!  Those lovely little moths often referred to as flour moths got into a bag of tomatoes and made a real mess, and then got into most of my dried fruit.  Yes, that was the source.  Since we’ve gone low carb had already tossed any open grain products.

Just to be sure, its all been thrown out.  Lesson learned.  Store in glass jars!!
