harvest

First zuchinni harvested last night, this is a Cocozelle, bush variety.

The lettuce is starting to Bolt as the temps are getting higher.  Grabbed a couple of lettuce, some chard,  and an onion last night for dinner.

Also harvested some garlic Scapes.  Usually, let my neighbor get these, but decided to keep some for my own experimentation.  They are definately milder than munchng down on a garlic clove, the still have a good bite to them!

Another pepper got devoured over the weekend, as did some tomato plants.  New fencing around that grow bag, and planted a sweet potato in where the pepper had been. Understand that sweets have delicious and edible greens.  Tucked a couple more in other pots around and about too.
