after the gopher

Don’t know if the gopher has just left my yard, or died (sadly had to revert to poison), but with the return of my garden space, planted some chard seedlings from the greenhouse and some FLACO bush beans (from seeds of change).  The beans are coming up nicely now they aren’t beeing eaten from below like the last lot, and the winter squash on the end are finally starting to grow. Gopher must have been nibbling on the roots cause they just sat there for a long time.
