Vanilla extract

Know some people make theirs with Vodka.  Doesn’t do it for me, use Brandy.  six large beans, split.  after a couple of days its smelling very good.  Will get to sit from 3-6 months (depending on how much baking i do) before its used.  Still working off my old batch
