Is how green beans

My garden is not big enough for lbs of green beans each and every day, but it does produce more than we can eat at a time.  So I harvest and process as I go along.  At this time of year, things are definitely dropping off, especially with the bush beans which have been producing for at least two months now!

There is an equal bag of whole green beans in the freezer already, and the pole beans will continue to produce until frost . . . which may be on or before October 15!  We’ve had morning temps in the low 40’s already . . . with daytime highs in the mid-80’s which is why they keep going.
