ever changing

At this time of year, every day is something new in the garden

garden1guess it will be a good year for the circada.  This one has not come out of its shell, or did it die?  See empty casings all over the place.

garden2split this rhubarb a month or so ago.  On the left has been showing new growth, but the one on the right didn’t show anything until I saw this yesterday morning.

garden3In the middle was a blank row of bush beans, eaten by????.  Now, new growth from the stubble that was left

garden4taking pictures with the cell phone is convenient, but in the sun, its hard to see the screen.  At the top of the picture you can see the first zucchini forming.
