planting the garden

Still having cool nights.  Some of my roma tomatoes didn’t make it, there a few that are questionable.  bought some seedlings at the hardware store (we don’t have a nursery any more in town) to replace those that died, and changed the cover from the plastic to just frost cover material.

Other tomatoes planted in the main garden and these are the spaghetti squash plants, which have gone beyond “seedling” stage.  The green spiral supports bought ages ago for tomatoes, and they work fine as long as you keep the tomatoes pruned, which I tend not to do.  They will probably be good for things like peas, pole beans, and hopefully, these squash.
