cold

See I didn’t post the hard frost news!!  Thursday night the rain storm that was passing through cleared and the temperature DROPPED.  Woke up Friday (October 11) to 30F, ice on the bird feeders, frost on the roof.  By the time the sun warmed the world most of the squash leaves had withered, the tops of the basils are obviously frosted, so too the tomatoes.  not quite cold enough to get the beans.  This morning (Saturday October 12), woke to 32F.
